Although the Philadelphia 76ers fell short in the playoffs this year, there were still plenty of memorable moments that we all enjoyed. There were some expected performances and some unexpected surprises. Joel Embiid balled out like we all knew he would, and Tobias Harris put up steady numbers as he’s done since becoming a Sixer. Then, there was Tyrese Maxey elevating his game and the trade for James Harden.
Throughout the Ben Simmons drama, Covid cases, and plenty of injuries, the Sixers fan base supported the team in the midst of adversity and transition. Head coach Doc Rivers did his best to keep everything together, but then Miami unceremoniously ended our season and introduced us to the summer earlier than anticipated.

They were plenty of nail-biters that fans are sure to remember. There was the opening season game against New Orleans, where Furkan Korkmaz teased us with an out-of-this-world performance. There was the early Brooklyn game where the Sixers gave up a late lead and blew the game.
There was the double-overtime loss to Minnesota at home and the overtime win in Charlotte in early December where Embiid proved his clutchness once again. We can’t forget about the win against Brooklyn in the last game of 2021, where Tyrese Maxey showed his skills and poise.
