The Sixer Sense Podcast is on YouTube! This Monday’s episode marks our debut on the popular video platform. We have long wanted to take our Sixers coverage to the next level, and now we’re doing it. Hopefully, we can persuade you to come along for the ride.

In this episode, Lucas Johnson, Christopher Kline, and Uriah Young break down the Sixers’ first win streak of the season. They start with the nail-biting win over Chicago, analyzing standout performances and just where Chicago stands in the East. Then, the topic shifts to the Toronto game and Tyrese Maxey’s magnificent 44-point explosion.

The Sixers are finally making waves in the win column

The Bulls and Raptors are both expected to make the playoffs in the loaded Eastern Conference. Which team poses the biggest threat? How much does Lonzo Ball’s injury handicap Chicago, and what kind of piece do the Raptors need to make a legitimate title push?

After some game discussion, the episode dives into individual performances. Which Philadelphia player(s) has failed to meet expectations this season? Who’s the best bet to bounce back and deliver on preseason expectations? A few names are tossed out, but Tobias Harris and Danuel House Jr. garner major criticism (as well as some long-term optimism).

Last but not least, the podcast goes league-wide in an attempt to express our feelings about various teams across the NBA. Uriah starts the sentence, then Lucas and Christopher finish it: “OMG, are you serious, _____.” First up is the Orlando Magic. Then, the shockingly competitive Utah Jazz, the lackluster Lakers, and everyone’s favorite division rival, the Brooklyn Nets.
