Sixers vs. Bulls prediction and odds for Wednesday, March 22 (Philly gets revenge)
By Peter Dewey
The Philadelphia 76ers dropped a heartbreaker in double overtime against the Chicago Bulls on Monday, as both teams really struggled scoring the ball.
James Harden (five points) had one of his worst shooting nights of the season, so it’s not a surprise that Philly’s eight-game winning streak was snapped.
The Sixers get a chance at revenge in Chicago on Wednesday night, and they are set as slight favorites in this game.
Harden and P.J. Tucker are both listed as questionable for Philly while the Bulls have listed Alex Caruso and Javonte Green as questionable as well.
Let’s dive into the latest odds and a pick for this matchup:
Sixers vs. Bulls odds, spread and total
Sixers vs. Bulls prediction and pick
Philly lost as an 8.5-point favorite on Monday, but this is a prime spot for the Sixers to bounce back, even if Harden is unable to go.
Chicago has struggled as a home underdog this season, going just 7-8-1 ATS while the Sixers are 12-8 ATS as road favorites.
Even though the Bulls won a defensive battle in the last game, the Sixers are a far better offense this season (third in offensive rating) compared to Chicago (24th).
There are only so many games a team can win in a row, and the Sixers put up an all-time clunker on Monday night.
I don’t expect that again, so with this spread moving five whole points, I think there is some value on the Sixers to win and cover on the road.
