35. SF DeMar DeRozan, Bulls

The Chicago Bulls have a tough decision to make on former All-Star DeMar DeRozan. The “mid-range assassin” is in the last year of his deal, but has been playing at a high level despite being a long-time veteran. The wing might become available in trade talks if things go south in Chicago. It also doesn’t hurt that he’s one of the better clutch players in the NBA.

34. PG Darius Garland, Cavaliers

In terms of playmaking, there are few point guards better than Darius Garland. The playmaker is just part of the Cavaliers elite backcourt. On top of being an elite point guard, Garland is also a three-level scorer whose only weakness is on the defensive end.

33. SG Zach LaVine, Bulls

It’s true that Zach LaVine might be one of the most overpaid All-Stars on this list, but that doesn’t take away from how good the shooting guard is. The Bulls’ franchise player is an elite 3-level scorer and a high flyer. The two biggest concerns with LaVine are health and his defense.

32. SF Mikal Bridges, Nets

Trading Mikal Bridges on draft night continues to haunt the Philadelphia 76ers. Last season saw the beginning of a breakout season for Bridges especially once he was traded to the Nets. Now the question for the two-way wing is can he sustain that play for a full season? If so then this spot might be too low for him.

31. SF Brandon Ingram, Pelicans

When healthy, Brandon Ingram is easily an All-Star level player. The wing is an elite three-level scorer who’s underrated as a playmaker. The Pelicans wing’s thin frame makes him a liability on the defense end and health is the other reason why he’s not higher on this list.
