4. Should the 76ers save Andrew Wiggins from the rampant Golden State quicksand?

As you might have already noticed, play-in eliminations do count here. And one notable early exit which fans of the other 29 teams definitely rejoiced over is Golden State’s deflating act of disappearance a month ago to the Sacramento Kings.

Big changes could be underway for the cash-unlimited Warriors this summer, and while most eyes are on whether the Dub’s vaunted Big Three would persist, the status of Andrew Wiggins should also be talked about. After all, the one-time All-Star (yes, you read that right) has quickly dropped off after looking like their second-best player two seasons ago when they won the championship.

There are probably not a lot of Wiggins believers still, but teams looking for a two-way option at the forward position could consider taking a flier on him as a reasonable gamble. Should they miss out on their sterling targets like Paul George, Jimmy Butler, and Brandon Ingram, would it really hurt if the 76ers try to move the needle for him instead of, say, re-doing the entire Tobias Harris…thing?

No way.
