2. Kelly Oubre
The Sixers tend to struggle when Tyrese Maxey is on the bench far too often, as the do-it-all rising star has been irreplaceable for Philly. Kelly Oubre Jr. should be able to assist with this, in an ideal world.
However, it hasn't always worked out that way, as Oubre has been far too inconsistent. The easiest way to get Oubre going is to get him active off-the-ball. Oubre is underrated as a cutter, as he's often able to pick his spots and develop a flow.
This simplifies the offense for Oubre, as it affords him high-percentqge scoring opportunities. Oubre is also underrated as a defender, although he's not always consistent on that end of the floor, which is mind-boggling, since he has the length and athleticism to be a true difference-maker on defense.
Oubre is currently on a slump, posting averages of 17.6 points on an incredibly inefficient 39.5 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from downtown.
