The Philadelphia 76ers made the marquee signing of the offseason by bringing in Paul George to form a Big 3. Joel Embiid won MVP in 2023, and Tyrese Maxey is a blossoming superstar. Daryl Morey did well in finding the Sixers' depth as they attempt to chase a championship.

It is a new era in the City of Brotherly Love. There is zero drama at the start of camp. There were no Ben Simmons or James Harden questions circling the team. It is all about coming together and trying to win as a group. Joel Embiid lost weight and is focused on his health. The Sixers certainly have the talent, but need everything to fall into place.

Fans got their first glimpse of the new Big 3 in their uniforms at media day on Sept. 30. The photos certainly told a story about this new era.

The first photo of Paul George, 76ers fresh Big 3 is very telling

Fans can see the pictures below. Embiid is in the middle looking extremely serious, which is to be expected. The former MVP is focused on a championship and nothing else. His co-stars tell a different tale.

Tyrese Maxey has that youthful energy. He is having fun and is looking to attack whatever is ahead from an aspect of enjoying the work.

Paul George is the balance between the two. He can be serious and have some fun. It is a dynamic that should work wonders and has the Sixers believing they can win it all. Their on-court fit is seamless and the off-court one looks perfect so far. This is certainly a new era of 76ers basketball and it could be the most successful since the Dr. J days.

The Sixers had media day at their practice facility on Monday, but are departing for training camp in the Bahamas from Oct. 1 to 5. It will be a fantastic bonding experience for the entire roster and give them a chance to get away with just their teammates. This should do wonders for bringing the new Big 3 together and will shrink the learning curve heading into year one.

The Philadelphia 76ers are facing a championship or bust season, but this Big 3 should have multiple cracks at winning it all. Daryl Morey had a slam dunk offseason to put the franchise into the title race. It takes a lot of things to win it all, including some luck, but fans should be excited. The Sixers are certainly back and can compete with anyone, so enjoy the ride.
