All the latest on the Sixers: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
The Ugly - Eastern Conference Standings
The 76ers currently sit in 5th place in the Eastern Conference. Just a couple of weeks ago that wasn’t on anyone’s radar for even being a possibility and yet here we are. The Sixers are struggling, while the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers are red hot. The ugly news is this; if the playoffs were to begin today, the Sixers would not only be without Joel Embiid, but they would be without home-court advantage in the first round. With Embiid not coming back any time soon (if at all), there is great cause for concern regarding how the Sixers stack up with the other teams atop the conference standings.

As the Sixers inch closer to the NBA All-Star break, it will be important for them to win some games and gain confidence. The All-Star break cannot come soon enough for a Sixers roster that desperately needs to get healthy.
