The Sixer Sense Podcast comes to you a day early this week between a back-to-back against the Orlando Magic and Charlotte Hornets. The Sixers still have several players on the injury list, but their leader, Joel Embiid is back and his impact can be seen in all phases of the game.

Jonathan Geib and Lucas Johnson start off the podcast discussing the Sixers' dominant win over the Orlando Magic on Friday night. Embiid and Tyrese Maxey combined for 68 points and continue to lead the NBA in duo points per game. A noticeable improvement for the Sixers as a whole since Embiid's return to the court has been the shooting percentage.

For the third straight game, the Sixers as a whole shot over 43% from behind the three-point line. Two of those games had 48+% from deep and the spacing is night and day with Embiid on the court. Maxey specifically seems to be benefitting the most shooting 14 for 29 from three in the last three games. The big question now is if Maxey and the rest of the roster can keep up this impressive production.

Not only is the NBA Trade Deadline rapidly approaching, but so is the NBA All-Star game. Several rounds of fan votes have already come in and the results are causing intense debate on the podcast. The fan vote accounts for 50%, and the media and NBA players account for 25% each. Jonathan and Lucas give their All-Star starter and reserve selections. Who do you agree with more?
