Shameless NBA vet mocks 76ers forward and proves he doesn’t know ball

In an unwarranted rant, a former NBA vet went after this 76ers forward and showcased his sheer lack of basketball knowledge.

The Philadelphia 76ers may have gained significant steam as of late in the wins columns, but they remain a disappointment this season in the eyes of many. After all, despite their uber-talented roster, they could only muster 14 wins through 33 games. And given the nature of NBA discourse which leaves no room for context, that’s more than enough pull for the haters to come out.

Now, the 76ers have had a lot of notable detractors from Hall of Famers, current players, and even league officials by implication. While Philly has never been a team for the masses for almost a decade now, this season has been even more intense with naysayers going full range with their passionate hatred for the franchise.

Constructive criticism is always welcome, but the destructive ones do not have anything but agenda fueling them, as is the case with this former NBA veteran who probably needs a lobotomy after going on a full-blast tirade against a 76ers player for no reason at all.

Nick Young mocks 76ers forward Guerschon Yabusele as he showcased his lack of NBA knowledge

Nick Young, a former 12-year-veteran who last played in the NBA briefly during the 2018-19 season, recently went on Twitter after one of the 76ers’ recent losses for the sole reason of mocking Guerschon Yabusele,

Young’s remarks were utterly bizarre, especially when they were uncalled for. It just goes to show that being in the NBA, let alone having a long career at that, does not automate to having sufficient knowledge about the NBA, or really, the game of basketball.

”Swaggy P” played in six, different teams, yet apparently has surface-level knowledge of the game while having the temperament of a child — a lethal combination that makes you wonder how he managed to stay in the NBA for 12 seasons. There must have been a mistake.

If we are being honest anyway, Yabusele this season has contributed more to winning than Young has in any of the 12 seasons he has played in. Aside from his piggybacked ring with the Warriors in 2018, he only participated in 15 playoff games — a tremendously hideous number for a veteran who played that long.

Alas, he was pretty terrible when he was part of the 76ers in 2012-13, notably bricking things on the court thanks to his inefficient play that became his trademark.

Nick Young can say whatever he wants, but the fact remains that Guerschon Yabusele is thriving for the Philadelphia 76ers, which are now clearly trending in the right direction.

Meanwhhile, swaggy, stinky P can only stay at home and hate from his couch.
