As we continue our series of the top 2018 NBA Draft prospects from each region, here are the top five players from the East region of this year’s NCAA Tournament.

The NCAA Tournament starts today. Let the madness begin.

But for those of you that aren’t overly invested in your brackets or favorite schools, the tournament is a time to to do early scouting for the 2018 NBA Draft in June.

Over the last few days, we’ve already looked at the top five NBA prospects from the South and West regions of the bracket, and now we’ll take a look at the East region, which features a team many people from the Philadelphia area are rooting for.

Stay tuned later in the day as we break down the final region, the Midwest, which is arguably the most talented region.
