Predicting Sixers NBA 2K22 ratings — Furkan Korkmaz, 76

This is where Furkan Korkmaz finished last season, and it’s where he will begin the new season. Fresh off signing a three-year, $15 million contract, Korkmaz is — for now — cemented as a critical piece of the Sixers’ second unit.

Korkmaz is one of the Sixers’ best perimeter shooters, and he showed growth as a passer and driver last season. He is far from flawless, but in a game that prioritizes offense, there’s reason to believe Korkmaz will continue to receive favorable ratings.

As for his role and potential for growth, we should similar production from Korkmaz next season. He averaged 19.3 minutes per game in his first stint under Doc Rivers, but we saw Korkmaz’s role expand gradually over time. He even started games in the postseason. Also, with George Hill out of the picture, there’s ample space for Korkmaz to assume a few more minutes each night.

There’s a solid argument that Niang should eclipse even Korkmaz, but again, these function as predictions of a very weird and unpredictable system, not outright proclamations of value. Korkmaz is young and he’s unafraid to shoot, which typically earns you brownie points in 2K Land.
