The Philadelphia 76ers have been a part of several trades over the past few seasons. Many of those trades occurred on draft night, as a lot of the names we talk about regularly in reference to the Sixers were acquired through trades.

Nerlens Noel, the team’s most dominant rim protector, was acquired through a trade on draft night. Dario Saric, the team’s most coveted international asset and the player likely to finally join the team this upcoming season was acquired in a trade on draft night.

Sam Hinkie was a master of the draft trades, and would pick players with the intention of flipping them to other teams. He was a salesman of sorts, always getting a good deal with expertise trading.

With new leadership, however, there’s a chance that the Sixers will not be looking to trade as actively as they were in years before. At the same time, there’s reason to believe that the Sixers will consider trades offered to them, especially since they brought players in for workouts in the mid-to-late lottery range and were reportedly impressed by them.

Teams will be calling the Sixers for trades, and some of those proposed deals will be worth doing. There are some trades, however, that will not be worth it. Here are four teams that the Sixers should avoid at all costs on draft night.
