Three 3-and-D free agents for the Sixers to pursue: Jeremy Lamb

Jeremy Lamb is the second shortest play on this list standing at 6-foot-5, however, he’s an underrated free agent heading into this class, not including myself. I had him ranked 28th on my unrestricted free agent big board.

This past season, he played for two teams with bad records, the Indiana Pacers and Sacramento Kings. As a result, his production suffered as a result. This year he averaged 7.3 points on 32.4 percent shooting from the 3-point line. Whereas for his career, he averaged 10.1 points on 34.2 percent shooting from deep.

At 30 years old, Lamb should still be in his prime so he should be able to make a strong contribution coming off the bench. He should also be affordable due to his down year on non-playoff teams.

Lamb also has a connection with both the Sixers president of basketball operations Daryl Morey and star James Harden. Lamb was the centerpiece of the trade that Morey made to acquire Harden onto the Houston Rockets.
